Kim primarily focuses on residential properties in Bergen, Passaic, Sussex and Morris counties. Throughout her career, she has remained an ardent supporter of her local community; when she lived in Maryland, she served as the Executive Director of Manna Food Center in Montgomery County and the on their Board of Directors. One of her goals while at Manna was to find a way to make fresh healthy food accessible to families in need. Under Kim’s leadership, Manna developed a Farm to Food Bank initiative which partnered the local farmers with the food bank to grow a small share of sustainable crops for the food bank. Additionally, the program grew to include each of the county farmers markets to have a way for the community to donate fresh food items at the market that would be delivered to the food bank for distribution. This concept became part of the national food bank model which has since been replicated across the nation. Kim’s dedication to help as a volunteer and assist with food insecurity still continues. Each year Kim and her husband Mike hosts an annual food drive for their local food pantries. Kim and Mike relocated back to Ringwood, New Jersey, in 2020, returning to a place they called home for many years and are thrilled to back in the community they love. In her free time, Kim spends time with family and friends – biking, hiking, kayaking and playing pickleball.
